摘要目的：总结阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析229例阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊带术治疗女性 SUI 患者的临床资料。结果治愈220例，9例改善。术中出血少，无脏器损伤。结论TVT －O 术式操作简单快捷，具有安全有效、微创、并发症少等优点，是治疗女性SUI安全有效的方法。
