视频监控中图像异常的分析与检测算法

The algorithm of detection and analysis of image exception in video monitoring

针对湖泊环保应用中视频监控的特殊性,运用数字图像处理技术,对监控视频中信号缺失和清晰度两种类型异常故障进行研究.文中分别描述了这两种异常类型产生的原因和解决问题的算法思想,最后通过模拟实验加以验证.从实验结果上分析,能够较好地对视频监控中图像的异常进行诊断和及时地预警,并能够对视频图像的质量进行检测.

According to the particularity of video monitoring in lake environmental protection, two image exceptions are investigated in the present study including signal loss and definition in video monitoring, utilizing digital image processing. Causes of these exceptions are described as well as the detection algorithm, followed by verification through simulation experiments. Results suggest that digital image processing is beneficial for video monitoring not only in early diagnosis and warning of image abnormalities but also in improvement of image quality.
