摘要
劳动关系问题一直困扰着浙江民营企业,解决好这一问题有利于浙江经济增长和社会平稳有序,有利于社会和谐。借鉴企业劳动关系的研究成果,通过对浙江民营企业的调查、分析,发现了浙江民营企业劳动关系存在的问题;运用因子分析等统计分析方法选取评价指标、建立评价体系,并根据评价结果提出解决浙江民营企业劳动关系的对策和建议。
Since the problem of labor relations has been plagued by private enterprises in Zhejiang,it is conducive to solve this problem for economic growth and social stability in Zhejiang,and for social harmony. Based on the research of the enterprise labor relations,this paper surveyed and analyzed the private enterprises in Zhejiang,discovering the problems of labor relations in private enterprises in Zhejiang,using the factor analysis method to select evaluation index,and establishing the evaluation system,and putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of private enterprises in Zhejiang accordingly.
