以西藏农牧区发展清洁可再生能源对于促进农牧区自然生态环境保护及社会经济发展具有重要意义,因此,必须对西藏农牧区现阶段能源消费结构及生产方式的现状进行分析,进一步强调西藏农牧区发展清洁可再生能源对于改变西藏农牧区能源消费结构,提高能源的利用率,减少温室气体和有害气体的排放,改善西藏农牧区农牧民的生产生活方式,促进西藏农牧区社会经济发展与自然生态环境协调发展的重要性。最后对西藏农牧区发展清洁能源存在的问题提出相应的建议,指出西藏农牧区发展清洁可再生能源应当依据当地的实际生产和生活方式,因地适宜发展适合当地的清洁可再生能源模式。

Thus, study must be based on the current situation and pastoral areas of Tibet stage energy consumption structure and production methods for analysis, emphasizes the development of farming and pastoral area of clean and renewable energy to change the structure of farming and pastoral area of energy consumption, improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas and harmful gas emissions, improve Tibetrs agricultural and pastoral areas of production and life of farmers and herdsmen, promote the importance of farming and pastoral area of socio-economic development and the natural ecology and environmental development.
