摘要
以2-氟丙酸甲酯为原料、溴素为溴化试剂,在催化助剂、溶剂存在下溴化反应制备2-氟-2-溴丙酸甲酯。考察了溴素用量、催化助剂用量等条件对反应转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明,梁n(2-氟丙酸甲酯):n(溴素):n(催化剂)=1.0:0.7:0.7时,助剂为2-氟丙酸甲酯质量的6%时在优化条件下,原料转化率达98%,产品选择性达90%。该方法具有选择性高、工艺条件比较温和等优点,有利于产业化生产;该溴化试剂在其他酯类物质的溴化上有通用性。
2-fluoro-2-bromo methyl propionate was prepared by bromination reaction in the presence of catalytic addictives and solvent using 2- fluoro methyl propionate as raw materials and bromine as bromide reagent, studied the effect of conditions such as bromine dosage and catalyst additives dosage on reaction conversion and selectivity. Results showed that under the optimization condition: molar ratio of 2- fluoro methyl propionate, bromine and catalyst was 1.0:0.7:0.7, dosage of additive reagent was 6% of 2-fluorio methyl propionate mass, the raw material conversion rate was 98%, and the product selectivity was 90%. This method had advantages such as high selectivity and mild process conditions which conducive to industrialization production; the bromide reagent had generality in bromination of other ester material.
