摘要
针对五氟乙烷(HFC-125)和一氯五氟乙烷(CFC-115)混合物常规蒸馏方法难以分离的问题,以甲醇、丙酮、正己烷、乙酸丁酯、乙酸丁酯和丙酮混合物等为萃取剂,对HFC-125和CFC-115进行实验室模拟分离。结果表明,当甲醇萃取剂比达3.0时,HFC-125与CFC-115混合物可以实现较好分离。将实验结果用于工业生产,产品HFC-125的质量分数达99.9%,超过HG/T 4633—2014优级品标准。
For the problem of pentafluoroethane(HFC-125) and chloropentafluoroethane(CFC-115) was difficult to separate using conventional distillation method, made laboratory simulation of HFC-125 and CFC-115 separation with methanol, acetone, n-hexane,butyl acetate, mixture of butyl acetate and acetone as extraction agent. The results showed that when the methanol extraction solvent ratio was 3.0, the mixture of HFC-125 and CFC-115 could achieve better separation. Mass fraction of HFC-125 product was 99.9%when the experiment result used in industrial production and the quality of the product was better than optimal grade standard in HG/T 4633-2014.
