摘要 研究了PVC-ACS合金的主要性能,并与PVC-ABS合金在力学性能、耐候性能、阻燃性能和抗静电性能等方面进行了比较。结果表明,PVC-ACS合金的耐候性能、阻燃性能和抗静电性能均优于PVC-ABS合金。当PVC、苯乙烯系树脂质量比为1:1时,PVC-ACS合金氙灯老化3000h后的缺口冲击强度保留率大于70%,阻燃等级达到1.6mmV0,表面电阻率达到108MΩ,添加1~3份抗静电母粒,其表面电阻率可下降至10~103MΩ。 The major properties of PVC-ACS blends were introduced, then compared with PVC-ABS blends from mechanical properties, weather resistance, flame retardant and antistatic performance, etc. The results showed that the weather resistance, flame retardant and antistatic performance of PVC-ACS blends was better than PVC-ABS blends. When the mass ratio of PVC to styene series resin was 1:1, the retention rate of notched impact strength of PVC-ACS blends was more than 70% after aging by xenon lamp for 3 000 h, as well as the flame retardant level was 1.6 mm V0, the surface resistivity was 108MΩ, and could decreased to 10~103MΩ with the addition of antistatic mother substance by 1~3 dosage.
