含乙酸和油类物化工废水的萃取处理研究

摘要 以体积比4:5:1的三辛胺、正辛醇、煤油作萃取剂,对含有一定量的乙酸的某石化公司高盐水处理装置的外排化工废水进行处理,考察了在不同萃取比时萃取剂的萃取效率,同时评定了萃取后废水的含油量、COD和萃取剂的残留量。结果表明,适宜的萃取比(即水相、萃取剂体积比)为1:1,同时降低了废水中的含油量,其对应的COD也降低了80%~90%;根据萃取剂本身的溶解性,采用红外光谱法测定了水相中萃取剂的2种关键组分的残留量;采用减压蒸馏对络合萃取物再生,回收得到的萃取剂对乙酸质量分数1.61%的废水的萃取效果稳定在89%~94%,循环使用效果较佳。 The paper studied the treatment of chemical wastewater containing certain amount acetic acid which discharged from a water treatment plant with high salt content in a petrochemical company using trioctylamine, N-octyl alcohol and kerosene with 4:5:1volume ratio as extractant, then investigated the extraction efficiency of extraction with different extraction ratio, and evaluated oil,COD and residual extraction content in wastewater after extraction. Results showed that suitable extraction ratio(the volume ratio of aqueous phase and extraction was 1:1) could reduce the oil content in the wastewater, at the same time, its corresponding COD was reduced by 80%~90%; used infrared spectrometry for two residual key components content of extraction in water phase according to the solubility of extractant itself; regenerated complexation extraction by vacuum distillation, extraction effect of recycling extractant for wastewater containing 1.61% mass fraction acetic acid was stable at 89% ~ 94%, which showed the circulation use effect is better.
