丙烯酸脱水塔的技术改造

摘要 对某丙烯酸装置脱水塔的进行了技术改造,保留1~15层穿流塔板不变,拆除原来的16至28块穿流板,填料改为某新型填料,以达到降低塔顶废水中丙烯酸含量的目的。试车结果表明,塔顶废水中丙烯酸的质量分数降至0.4%以下,丙烯消耗定额降至9.98kg/t以下。改造达到了预期效果,并带来可观的经济效益。 This article given a method for technical transformation for C-210 acrylic acid dehydrating tower, and the flow tower plate layers from 1 to 15 was to remain unchanged, the flow tower plate layers from 16 to 28 were removed, the new packing was used in which in order to reduce the acrylic acid content of wastewater that come from top tower. By analyzing the acrylic acid content from top tower after opening-up, we can make conclusion that this method can reduce acrylic acid mass fraction lower than 0.4%, the consumption quota of acrylic acid can reduce less than 9.98 kg/t. So this transformation reached expected effect, and brought considerable economic benefits.
