冷冻螺杆压缩机控制系统的PLC改造

摘要 分析了某化工企业冷冻螺杆压缩机老式控制系统存在的问题,结合故障案例及原因,根据螺杆压缩机工艺要求及冷冻系统电气结构特点,提出了以PLC为核心部件、自编程应用联锁控制方法的故障自动报警改造设计方案。改造后实际运行结果表明,新的控制系统提高了控制系统的安全性和可靠性,降低了检修劳动强度,提高了检修效率,故障排除时间由改造前4 h缩短为0.5 h,保证了生产系统的稳定运行。 Analyzed the problems existing in control system of refrigeration screw compressor in a chemical enterprise, combined with the failure cases and the reasons, put forward design scheme of automatic alarm in fault with PLC as core components, interlocking control method applied by self-programming according to the technological requirements of screw compressor and the electric structure characteristics of the refrigeration system. After transforming, the actual running results showed that the new control system improved the security and reliability of the control system, reduced the labor intensity in maintenance, improved the efficiency of maintenance, troubleshooting time shortened from 4 h to 0.5 h, which ensured the stable operation of the production system.
