摘要
对于新设计研发的喷嘴,在完成零件加工和组装工作后,需要对喷嘴的各项性能参数进行综合评价。因此,设计研发了喷嘴冷态性能测试系统,提出喷嘴冷态试验时所需要的设备及仪表,以某次喷嘴定型前的冷态性能试验为例,介绍了喷嘴冷态试验方法,并对试验结果进行了分析。根据试验结果,完成了喷嘴的设计研发和定型。
The performance parameters of the spray nozzle shall be comprehensively evaluated after the completion of parts processing and assemble for the new design of the spray nozzle. Cold test system of the spray nozzle has been developed and the device and instrument of the cold test system have been suggested. The spray cold test method has been introduced taking one cold performance test as an example, and the test results have been analyzed. The spray nozzle design has been completed and sized according to the test results.
