摘要
吹灰器是解决锅炉积灰和结渣的常用设备,目前应用较为广泛的吹灰器,主要有蒸汽吹灰器、水力吹灰器、声波吹灰器、燃气脉冲吹灰器等。根据各种吹灰器的工作原理和技术参数,并结合了锅炉燃煤的灰渣特性,对吹灰器的选型和布置原则进行了探讨。
the sootblower is a common equipment for resolving slag and ash problem. The current wide-used sootbloweres include steam sootbloweres, hydraulic sootbloweres, acoustic sootbloweres and gas impulse sootbloweres. According to the working principles and technical parameter of various sootblowers, combining the characteristics of slag, we discuss the selection and arrangement for the sootblower.
