摘要
结合350MW机组锅炉低温省煤器的改造情况,对低温省煤器出口烟气温度的控制、低温省煤器入口水温度控制、低温省煤器烟气压差控制、锅炉低温省煤器退出保护和控制方式等关键热控技术进行分析,并提出了针对性措施。系统改进后,降低了排烟温度,提高了电除尘器的除尘效率。通过低温省煤器的作用,利用回收的热量加热凝结水,提高了机组运行的经济性。
Combined with low temperature economizer of 350 MW boiler improvement, the control of low temperature economizer outlet flue gas temperature, the low temperature economizer inlet water temperature control, the smoke and gas pressure difference control of low temperature economizer, the key thermal control technology like the boiler low-temperature economizer exit way protection and control problem, we put forward specific measures, which has received the good effect. After the system is improved, smoke temperature is lowered. The low temperature economizer improve the efficiency of the unit by recycling the heat of heating condenser.
