摘要
超临界机组中的旁路阀门需承受高温高压。设计阀门时,采用F91锻件作为阀体材料,因F91材料的晶体组织相对稳定,具有较高的强度和高温蠕变强度。阀体的拼接焊缝采用了全焊透对接焊缝形式,并进行焊接工艺评定。通过焊接试验,制定了焊后热处理工艺,提出了焊接工艺过程控制的要求,确保阀体焊缝质量符合标准要求。
The bypass valves need to endure high temperature and high pressure. During the design, F91 forging is used as valve material, because of its stable crystalline organization, higher intensity and high temperature creep strength. The valve welding seam adapts whole weld seam and is performed with welding process assessment. After passing the welding process assessment, we have made post weld heat treatment process, proposed the demand for welding process control, so the valve welding seam meet the standard.
