摘要
为了测定金佛手果、叶多酚的体外抗氧化能力,本试验以金佛手果、叶为试材,测定果、叶多酚对·O2-、·OH和DPPH的清除率。结果表明,果、叶多酚对DPPH的清除能力IC50分别为8.22、8.74 mg·L-1,稍弱于Vc和芦丁;对·O2-清除能力IC50分别为26.79和28.16 mg·L-1,弱于Vc和芦丁;对·OH清除能力IC50分别为24.72和25.67 mg·L-1,弱于芦丁,与Vc相当。方差分析显示,不同浓度果、叶多酚对·O2-,·OH清除率差异极显著,且随着在反应液中浓度的增加,对·O2-、·OH清除率呈上升趋势,但达一定浓度时,清除率趋于平缓。
Citrus Be rgamot' s fruit and leaf were used as materials for determination of polyphenols' clearance of superoxide anion fi'ee radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical in order to investigate the antioxidant capacity in vitro. The results showed that the scavenging capacity of DPPH radical of fruit and leaf polyphenols' IC50were 8.22 and 8.74 mg·L^-1 respectively, which were lower than that of Vc and rutin. Their superoxide anion free radical scavenge capacity IC50 were 26.79 and 28.16 mg·L^-1 respectively, which were lower than Vc and rutin. Their hydroxyl radical scavenge capacity IC50 were 24.72 and 25.67 mg ·L^-1 respectively, which were lower than that of rutin, and as much as that of Ve. Experimental results of variance analysis showed that there iwas a significant difference in scavenging rate of superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical rate among different concentrations of fruit and leaf polyphenols. With the increasing concentration of fruit and leaf polyphenols in the reaction solution, the scavenging rate of superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical showed an increasing trend. But when the concentration reached a certain one, the increasing trend of scavenging rate became slower.
