Organic Cultivation Techniques of Grape at Greenhouse in Shanghai City

经过多年对上海有机葡萄栽培技术的摸索和总结,采用设施栽培模式,筛选抗病、优质的葡萄品种,应用高干中冠树形,严格控制产量,利用葡萄园废弃物自制堆肥和种植绿肥的方法培肥土壤,利用农业、物理、生物防治为主的手段防治病虫害,限制性使用矿物源和植物源杀菌杀虫剂,形成1套适宜上海地区的有机栽培技术。

A set of organic cultivation techniques of grape suited in Shanghai City was developed via exploration and summary in many years. Facility cultivation pattern was used. Disease resistance and high quality grape cultivars were screened. Tree shape with high stem and moderate crown was developed. Yield was controled strictly. For fertilization, self-made compost from wastes in grape garden and green manure were used. For control of dieases and pests, agricultural, phisical and biological control were mainly used. Mineral and botanical fungicides and insecticides were restrictively used.
