摘要 针对输电线路单相高阻接地时故障特征不明显,容易造成距离保护的拒动或误动的问题,计及零负序电流分配系数影响,介绍了一种基于单端电气量的精确算法。通过EMTDC/PSCAD仿真分析可知,新算法在不同负荷电流、不同过渡电阻情况下均能准确测量故障阻抗。该算法具备较高耐受过渡电阻的能力,且易于在工程应用中实现。 In allusion to that the weak fault features in the single-phase high-resistance faults easily make protection refuse oper-ate, this paper introduced an algorithm, based on single-end electric quantity, possessing a higher tolerance for transition resistance accounting in the zero/negative sequence current partition coefficient. The results of EMTDC/PSCAD simulation show that the new algorithm could accurately calculate the fault impedance under various load currents and different transition resistances, with the abil-ity of higher tolerance for transition resistance, easy to get in practical project.
