摘要
目的 :为适应影像归档与传输系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)的建设需要,利用万兆以太网组网技术,对医院原有网络进行升级改造。方法:通过对某院网络现状和PACS网络需求的分析,设计了万兆网络升级改造3个方案,通过综合对比分析3个方案的优缺点,并根据实际情况和预算按照第3方案进行了网络改造的实施。结果:满足了PACS万兆网络的需要,从整体上消除了网络的瓶颈,实现了医院网络的可靠性、安全性以及可扩展性。结论:万兆网络升级改造为医院提供了高带宽、高稳定性和高可靠性的数据传输网络平台。
Objective To upgrade the original hospital network with 10 gigabit network technology to promote the devel-opment of PACS. Methods The present situation of some hospital network and requirements of PACS were analyzed, and three schemes were put forward based on 10 gigabit network. The advantages and disadvantages of the schemes were compared, and the third scheme was selected based on considerations on the practice and budget. Results The hospital network was enhanced in reliability, safety and extendibility. Conclusion Network upgrade with 10 gigabit network tech-nology provides a high-bandwidth, high-stability and high-reliability data transmission platform.
