两相斩波调压软起动装置设计

摘要 针对传统晶闸管调压软起动器触发脉冲控制方法复杂,定子电流连续性差,波形畸变严重,谐波含量较高等不足,设计一种以全控型器件IGBT来实现交流斩波调压软启动器,利用三相交流电源控制两相通断就可达到控制三相通断的方法,保证控制效果同时可以节约成本。文章设计全控型两相斩波调压软起动器的主电路和控制电路等硬件电路,并给出相应的控制方法和软件程序。 Because trigger pulse control method for the thyristor regulating soft starter is complex,the continuity of the stator current is very poor,the waveform distortion is severe and the harmonic content is higher,this paper designed a con-trol method using all controlled device IGBT to realize ac chopping voltage regulator soft starter,and using the two-phase AC power control to achieve three-phase AC power control,which can ensure the effect and also save the costs at the same time.This paper designed the soft starter of hardware circuit,and the corresponding control algorithm and software pro-grams.
