摘要
阐述薄膜蒸发器运行中的故障分析以及结构优化技术及效果。主要故障为出料温度达不到工艺要求,转子震动大,底部石墨轴承磨损严重;改进内容是将皮带传动改成立式直连形式,散装机械密封改为集装式机封,加装防物料互窜结构和四氟筋板,改用变频电机等。
The faults of thin-film evaporator in operation was analysed, the structure optimization technology and effects were introduced. The main faults were the discharge temperature cant meet the process requirements, the ro- tor much vibration, the graphite bearing at the bottom badly worn. The improvements included changing the belted transmission into vertical direct mode, changing the bulk mechanical seal into containerization mechanical seal, adding material anti-channeling structure and tetrafluoroethylene stiffened plate, using frequency motor.
