摘要
以半胱胺盐酸盐和七水合硫酸锌为原料,正交试验优化反应条件合成稳定的半胱胺锌络合物.优化工艺为:80℃下,以Na OH溶液调反应液p H值至10,反应1.5 h,过滤沉淀,干燥4 h得半胱胺锌,根据半胱胺含量计算产率为质量分数89.94%.通过红外光谱、高效液相色谱及含量分析确定半胱胺锌的分子式为(C2H6NS)2Zn;采用热重分析和电化学循环伏安曲线研究发现络合物能稳定存在于水溶液中,并且在270℃下不分解.
The compound of (CzH6NS)2Zn was synthesized by cysteamine hydrochloride and zinc sulfate heptahydrate as the raw material, used orthogonal experiments to optimize reaction conditions. Optimization results as follows : using NaOH determined the pH to 10 of the reaction, stirring and maintaining the temperature at 80 ℃. After 1.5 h, the reaction was stopped. The unreaeted zinc chloride was filtered, drying the products in 80 ℃ with 4 h, the yield was about 89.94% according the content of C2H7NS. Through infrared spectrum analysis, high performance liquid chromatograph and content analysis to determine the molecular formula of (CzH6NS)zZn. The thermigravimetric analysis and electrochenical study proved that the complex can exit in aqueous and not decomposed under 270 ℃.
