摘要
文章对产油微生物的特点、种类、产油脂机理以及微生物油脂的组成和生产工艺进行了综述,并对微生物油脂的研究方向进行了展望.
The characteristics, species and producing mechanism of the oleaginous microorganism, as well as the compositions and production processes of microbial lipids were reviewed. In addition, the research directions of microbiological were discussed.
