摘要
智慧旅游正引领着中国旅游业的新一轮变革,智慧旅游为满足旅游者的个性化需求提供了可能。旅行社产品与旅游者体验息息相关,旅行社如何在智慧旅游的背景下创新旅游产品设计,关系到旅行社产品核心价值的实现,关系到游客愉悦需求的满足。文章分析了旅行社产品的要素构成、旅行社产品的核心价值以及智慧旅游下旅游业的变革,并指出智慧旅游下基于要素细分的旅行社产品创新途径。
Intelligent travel is leading a new round of reform for the travel industry in China, and intelligent travel offers the opportunity to meet the personalized needs of travelers. The product of travel agency is directly related to the travelers’experience. How the travel agency innovates the travel product design in the context of intelligent travel, is related to realizing the core value for the product of travel agency, and related to meeting the demand of travelers for pleasure. This paper analyzes the elements and core value for the product of travel agency and the reform of travel industry in the context of intelligent travel, and points out the innovated approaches for the product of travel agency based on element subdivision in the context of intelligent travel.
