摘要
对库存起重机老化、锈蚀情况进行排查,发现现有起重机入库防护工艺存在的问题,同时调研新型防护材料,对起重机入库防护工艺进行调整优化,提升漆膜外观质量,实现起重机发车前防锈蚀,避免二次涂装、换件而造成人力、物力的浪费。
The existing problem in the storage protection technology of crane was found when checking the aging and corrosion situation. At the same time, the new protective materials were surveyed, and the storage protection technology of crane was adjusted and optimized, which improved appearance quality of film, achieved anticorrosion before the departure of crane and avoided wasting manpower and material resource because of the second painting and renewals.
