黄杏润肠片治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of Huangxingrunchang tablets on chronic functional constipation

目的评价黄杏润肠片治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月—2014年9月120例慢性功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例采用黄杏润肠片治疗,对照组60例采用麻仁软胶囊治疗,对2组患者用药前后排便肛门梗阻感、排便不尽感、排便费力程度、大便频率、每次排便时间、粪便性状等便秘症状进行评分,通过比较便秘症状积分,评价黄杏润肠片治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为88.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.086,P>0.05);2组患者在用药14 d后,症状积分较治疗前均有显著降低,具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗组在排便费力程度、每次排便时间、粪便性状方面的积分改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗结束后1个月随访87例患者,其中治疗组45例,对照组42例。治疗组1个月后痊愈3例,显效21例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率为80.0%;对照组痊愈1例,显效9例,有效21例,无效11例,总有效率为73.8%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄杏润肠片对于慢性功能性便秘患者的疗效确切,尤其在改善患者排便费力程度、缩短排便时间及改善大便性状方面效果突出,是一种安全有效的便秘治疗用药。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Huangxingrunchang tablets in the treatment of chronic functional constipation.Methods From September 2013 to September 2014, 120 cases of chronic functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with Huangxingrunchang tablets, 60 patients in the control group using Maren soft capsule, the sense of anal obstruction , endless sensation of defecation , difficulty degree of defecation , defecation frequency and each defecation time , excrement and other symptoms of constipation score in the two groups before and after treatment were compared by the constipation symptom score to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Huangxingrunchang tablets for treating chronic functional constipation .Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 90.0%, and 88.3%in the control group, there were no significant difference be-tween the two groups （χ2 =0.086, P 〉0.05）.2 groups of patients after 14 days’ medication, symptom score were signifi-cantly decreased than before treatment , with significant difference （ P 〈0.01）;treatment group’ difficulty degree of defeca-tion, defecation time and defecation quality were improved more significantly than that in control group （ P 〈0.01）.After treatment, 87cases were followed up for 1 month, including 45 cases in treatment group and 42 cases in control group.3 cases of them were cured after treatment for 1 month, 21 cases were with good effect , improved in 12 cases, 9 cases showed no ef-fectiveness, the total efficiency was 80.0%;control group showed healed in 1 cases, good effect in 9 cases, 21 cases were ef-fective, 11 cases were ineffective , the total efficiency was 73.8%, the difference between the 2 groups without statistically significant （ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Huangxingrunchang tablets for treatment of chronic functional constipation showed ex-act effect, it is a safe and effective treatment for constipation , especially in improving the defecation of patients with difficulty , shorten defecation time and improve the stool consistency showed prominent effect .
