中空纤维NaY分子筛膜的制备与表征 被引量:2

Preparation and characterization of hollow fiber supported NaY zeolite membranes

摘要 以二次生长法制备中空纤维NaY分子筛膜,考察涂晶方式、合成液硅铝组成、支撑体结构对膜性能的影响。结果表明:晶种浸渍提拉法比擦涂方式所制备的膜分离性能更优,随着支撑体表面粗糙度的增大,所制得的NaY分子筛膜性能降低。采用浸渍提拉法在孔隙率为42%、表面平均粗糙度为1.2μm的α-Al2O3中空纤维支撑体上涂覆晶种,在n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=11的合成液中制备出高性能NaY分子筛膜,其CO2/N2分离因子达12.9、甲醇/甲基叔丁基醚分离因子达10000以上。 Hollow fiber supported NaY zeolite membranes were synthesized by a secondary growth method. The effects of seeding,Si /Al ratio of synthesis solution and the structure of hollow fiber substrates on membrane quality were investigated. Results showed that dip-coating was better than rubbing for seeding to obtain high-quality membranes. The separation performance of as-synthesized NaY zeolite membranes declined with the increase of roughness of substrates. The high quality membrane was synthesized on hollow fiber substrates with porosity of 42% and surface roughness of 1. 2 μm using synthesis solution with n( SiO2) /n( Al2O3) = 11. The membrane showed the separation factors of 12. 9 for CO2/ N2 mixture and 10 000 for methanol / methyl tertiary butyl ether mixture.
