摘要
饮食在中西方不同文化背景中的差异主要表现在饮食观念、饮食内容、烹饪方式、餐具、用餐礼仪和就餐方式六个方面。对比分析中西方饮食文化,不仅有助于了解彼此饮食文化的博大精深和巨大差异,更有助于有效应对因文化差异而产生的跨文化交际障碍或冲突。
The different reflections of food in Chinese and Western cultures are illustrated in the following aspects: the concept of diet, the content of diet, the ways of cooking, the tableware of diet, the table manners and ways of dining. And it is worthy to analyze the cultural differences of food between the two as can not only enhance the understanding of the extensive and profound food culture but also help to deal with the intercultural blocks or intercultural conflicts.
