在高职院校学风建设中,激励机制是推动学生学习的一个重要外部因素。本研究要结合高职院校学生的主体特点,加强学校师德建设,激发学生学习动力,制定合理的奖励制度,优化学校激励环境,将激励机制的功效最大化,以此促进高职院校的学风建设。

In the construction of academic atmosphere in higher vocational eoUeges, the incentive mechanism is an important external factor to promote students＇ learning. Sehool should combine the main characteristics of vocational college students,strengthen the construction of teaching morality, stimulate students＇ learning motivation, formulate reasonable reward system, optimize the school environment excitation, and optimize the inspire mechanism, so as to promote the construction of study style in higher vocational colleges.
