摘要
由于龙家山水电站水力自控翻板闸门在洪水期常被树木等大型漂移物卡住,导致闸门无法正常工作,直接影响电站和闸坝的安全稳定运行,拟采用人工控制与水力自动控制相结合的方式,从根本上解决这个问题。通过对改造工程坝基稳定、泄流能力、消能防冲的验算复核和改造方案的比选,提出了配套设计平板门或液压门等人力控制的溢洪通道的措施,以利于新建电站的长期安全稳定运行。
In the flood period, the hydro-automatic controlled flap gates in Longjiashan Hydropower Station are often jammed by big floating objects such as trees.The abnormal functioning of these gates seriously affected the safe and sta-ble operation of the dam and the station.Thus, spillways with manual controlled plain gates or hydraulic gates are add-ed.Also, stability of the new spillways against sliding, discharge capacity of them and the energy dissipation and scour protection are calculated and checked.
