铜街子水电站转轮空蚀部位测量与分析

摘要 针对铜街子电站水轮发电机组在检修过程中发现转轮(含叶片)出现空蚀的现象,以1号机组为例,通过检查测量转轮空蚀部位,查找空蚀最严重区域,分析产生空蚀原因,为今后机组转轮空蚀的防治与处理提供依据。 In the overhaul of the hydro-turbine generator units in Tongjiezi Hydropower Station, cavitation erosion is ob-served in the turbine runners and the blades.Taking the No.1 generator unit as an example, the measurement and in-spection of the cavitation erosion area is carried out.The most seriously eroded area is located and the reason of this ero-sion is analyzed.The analysis provides a valuable reference for the prevention and treatment of cavitation erosion of tur-bine runners in hydro-turbine generator units.
