摘要
为了探究小球藻对重金属Pb2+的吸附作用,实验采用海藻酸钠-氯化钙法包埋扩大培养后的小球藻,制成固定化藻细胞颗粒,处理实验室合成污水,再通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测量处理前后污水中Pb2+浓度.实验结果表明:经过固定化技术处理后的小球藻在24h和48h处理时间后,对Pb2+均有较为明显吸附作用,处理28h的效果更优.
In order to explore the chlorella adsorpted heavy metals- Pb2 +,method of sodium alginate- calcium chloride embedded Chlorella expanded was used to deal with sewage, then measured concentration of Pb2 + in wastewater before and after processing by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that after dealing with the immobilized technology of chlorella in 24 h processing,the adsorption of Pb2 + are evident,better treatment effect in 48 hours processing.
