摘要
研究离散时间多周期情形下允许需求延迟的动态定价和制造/再制造批量联合优化问题.建立逆向供应链的多周期混合整数规划模型.设计动态规划精确算法,可以在多项式时间内求解出原问题的最优定价策略、最优生产策略和最优回收策略.通过算例分析,揭示了固定订货费用对利润的影响,以及再制造成本对价格和回收率的影响.
In this paper,we study coordination of pricing and manufacturing / re-manufacturing problem with backlogging in order to maximize the form's profit,for which we develop a mixed integer programming model. An algorithm based on dynamic programming is proposed,by which the optimal pricing strategy,the optimal product strategy and the optimal return strategy are solved in polynomial time. The results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the original problem. Also,in comparison with the decentralized policy,the rational prices can be set so as to maximize the form's profit by the joint policy. The results show the effect of setup cost on profit and ordering policy by sensitivity analysis of setup cost. The coordination model with backlogging can make the firm more profitable than the one without backlogging.
