摘要
选用高山红景天为材料,采用高效液相色谱法对高山红景天中红景天甙的含量进行测定,从而得到最适提取及分析条件:将微波提取与超声提取相结合,在Hypersil—C18(150×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱上,以乙腈—水为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为280 nm,进样量为10μl,测定高山红景天中红景天甙的含量.结果表明,高山红景天中红景天甙的提取效果最好,含量为2.95%.
In this work ,the content of Rhodioloside in Rhodiola sachalinensis was tested by HPLC in order to find the optimal condition to abstract and determine .Combing the determination by microwave and ultrasound waves , on the chromatography column of Hypersil-C18(150 mm*4.6 mm,5 μm),eluent gradient:acetonitrile-water, flow rate:1.0 ml? min-1 ,injection volume:10 μl.The result showed in this condition the extraction is best ,the content is 2 .95%.
