摘要
黑龙江省于2008年起开展巩固退耕还林成果专项建设,建设重点包括退耕地区基本口粮田建设、农村能源建设、生态移民、农户后续产业发展和补植补造等项工程工作。本文从生态效益、经济效益、社会效益等方面分析了截止2013年底项目实施以来产生的各项效益,综合评价了项目发挥的作用。
Heilongjiang province from 2008 to carry out special construction of consolidation the results of returning farmland to forest, which focus includes the construction of basic grain ration field in returning farmland areas, rural energy construction, ecological migration, farmers＂ follow -up industry development and repair and other pro- jects. In this paper, from the aspects of ecological benefits, economic benefits, social benefits, etc, we analyze the benefit of the project since the implementation of the project by the end of 2013, and comprehensive evaluate the role of the project.
