职业化导向下社区工作专业人才培养模式探究——以《社区工作》课程教学改革为例

Study on the Cultivation Mode of Community Social Worker under the Background of Professionalism

转型期社区工作专业人才的培养对于社会建设和社区治理具有重要的现实意义。然而,目前我国社区工作人才存在总量不足、职业化专业化水平不高、社会认知度较低等一系列问题,尤其是作为人才培养主阵地的高等学校,面临着观念转型、人才培养目标、课程体系设置、实务实训、师资队伍建设等方面的困境,严重制约了社区工作人才队伍的建设与发展。在转型期新形势下高等学校应该充分发挥基础平台作用,以职业化为导向,以《社区工作》基础课程教学改革为基础,建构从"知识为本"、"能力为中心"到"服务需求为导向"的社区工作专业人才培养创新模式。

To cultivate and develop a team of professional and specialization community social workers,It is very important in the period of social construction and community governance.However,our country still face some prominent issues,among which are shortage of community social workers,the low level of professionalism and specialization,the weak of social awareness.Especially as an important base of cultivation of community social workers,colleges and universities are facing the plight of idea transformation,talent training objectives,curriculum setting,the actual practice and teacher team construction,seriously restricted the construction and development of community social work.Under the new situation colleges and universities should fully give play to the role of foundation platform,take the guidance as professionalism on the basis of education reform of community social work,construct the cultivation mode of community social worker,which lay stress on fundamental knowledge,competence Center and demand for services.
