摘要 目的:探讨CT引导下胸交感神经化学阻断术治疗手多汗症的临床疗效。方法:纳入手多汗症患者26例,参照多汗症量表评估其出汗严重程度。在CT引导下行胸交感神经化学阻断术,观察患者手术前后出汗评分、起效时间、并发症等指标。结果:本组患者术后手出汗明显减少,效果持久,其并发症轻微且多为一过性。结论:CT引导下胸交感神经化学阻断术是治疗手多汗症安全、有效且实用的方法。 Objective: To assess the effect of CT-guided chemical thoracic sympathectomy treatment on patients with palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods: The study included 26 patients diagnosised as palmar hyperhidrosis and the severity of hyperhidrosis was measured by The Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS). All patients complet-ed a questionnaire including the following information: time to effect of thoracic sympathectomy, local or systemic complication, and severity of hyperhidrosis before and after thoracic sympathectomy. Results: There was a signifi-cant reduction in the severity of hyperhidrosis after performing thoracic sympathectomy. The side effects of treat-ment were slight and short. Conclusion: Treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis with thoracic sympathectomy was safe, effective and applicable.
