人免疫缺陷病毒神经毒性及其机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗虽然降低了人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)相关脑痴呆的发生率,但是HIV相关中度认知功能障碍综合征患者比例依然很高,成为当今HIV研究关注的问题。HIV不会感染神经元,但可感染巨噬细胞和小胶质细胞,释放病毒蛋白、细胞因子和趋化因子等,直接或间接的引起神经元损伤。HIV引起神经毒性的机制有细胞凋亡、谷氨酸兴奋毒性、氧化应激、钙稳态失调等。本文就HIV引起的神经毒性及其机制进展进行阐述。
