摘要 聚合物驱油是目前渤海湾海上油田提高油田采收率主要技术手段之一。采用的改性聚合物和高分子线性聚合物都是常规的聚丙烯酰胺,它对剪切降解比较敏感;另外聚合物溶液粘度受配聚水和稀释水水质影响较大。在矿场开展聚合物干粉质量检验,地面配注各阶段聚合物溶液降解,配聚水和稀释水水质化验等一系列的调查研究工作,采取了改进地面配注工艺及研发新保粘工艺,加强现场生产管理等一系列有效措施,使得聚合物溶液粘度有了较大幅度的提高,满足了入井要求。 Nowadays, polymer flooding is one of the major methods to enhance oil recovery in Bohai bay offshore oilfield.The modified polymer and macromolecule linear polymer adopted for polymer flooding in offshore oilfield is general polyacrylamide which is sensitive to shear- ing and degradation.And polymer solution viscosity has been great impacted by the quality of water for solution preparation and dilution.A series of investigation and research have been completed,such as onsite quality test of polymer powder,polymer solution degradation in dif- ferent phase of ground injection allocation process,and quality test of water for solution preparation and dilution.Meanwhile,some effective measures have been made through improv- ing the ground injection allocation process,studying the new viscosity retention process and strengthening onsite production management.In that case,the polymer solution viscosity is greatly enhanced and reached the requirements before injection into wells.
