正交实验法是一种科学、有效、合理的实验方法。本文介绍了在钻井堵漏配方研究过程中,科学运用正交实验法,进行因素确定、水平选择、实验数据级差分析,极大的加快了堵漏配方研发进程,提高了研发效率,研究结果表明,通过运用正交实验法得到的堵漏配方科学、合理、有效,进一步丰富了钻井液研究方法。

The orthogonal experimental method is scientific,efficient and reasonable.This pa- per introduces the drilling plugging formula in the process of research, the scientific use of orthog-onal experimental method, for determining factors, level selection, experimental data and differential index trendgraph analysis, greatly accelerated the plugging formula develop- ment,improve the efficiency of research and development.The research results show that, by using the orthogonal experimental method to obtain the plugging formula of scientific,reason- able and effective,and further enrich the research methods of drilling fluid.
