摘要
为了探讨甲酸钠法生产甲酸的过程中使用桨叶干燥机的可行性及其可能产生的物料粘结问题,利用桨叶干燥机进行了甲酸和磷酸二氢钠混合物的分离试验。结果表明,桨叶干燥机可以用于甲酸和磷酸二氢钠混合物的分离,采用一定比例的返料,使甲酸质量分数维持在20%以下,可避免混合物料在设备上粘结,保证桨叶干燥机能够长周期稳定运行。
In order to investigate the feasibility of the paddle dryer and the possibility material sticking in the process of production of formic acid,this experiment dry and separate the mixture of formic acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate with the paddle dryer.The results show that the paddle dryer can be used for the separation of a mixture of formic acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate.A certain proportion of material returning,which makes the mass fraction of formic acid maintained below 20%,avoid mixing material in the equipment to ensure paddle dryer can run stably for a long period.
