高压袋滤器的结构设计、强度分析和制造工艺探讨

摘要 根据45万t/a聚丙烯工程中高压袋滤器的结构特点,从降低局部应力、减少壁厚和提高制造工艺性角度进行该高压袋滤器结构设计,采用数值计算方法对其结构进行应力计算,并应用分析设计原理进行强度分析和评定。根据我国压力容器制造水平,对该高压袋滤器结构的制造工艺性进行了探讨。结果显示,此高压袋滤器既满足操作工艺要求,又具有较好的强度和制造工艺性。 In order to decrease the local stresses,reduce the shell thick,and get the good manufacture technology,the high pressure bag filter,which is used in 45×104 t/apolypropylene plant,is designed according to its structural characteristics.With method of finite element,the stresses in the structure are calculated,and with the method of design by analysis,the strengthen analysis and assessment of the structure is made.Lastly,based on the manufacture level of pressure vessel in China,the manufacture technology of the high pressure bag filter is discussed and analyzed.The results show that the high pressure bag filter but not meet the need of operation technology,and also has good strengthen and good manufacture technology.
