摘要
通过实验研究了以硫硝混酸分解试样、柠檬酸三铵为掩蔽剂、碘为氧化剂、丁二酮肟为显色剂,在碱性条件(pH=8~10)下通过测其吸光度测定高镍合金钢中镍元素的方法。该方法可缩短高镍合金钢中镍质量分数的测定分析周期,提高测量的准确度,操作简便,具有较好的实用性。
This paper introduces a method which is based on nitric acid mixed with sulfuric acid decomposition of sample,ammonium citrate tribasic as masking agents,iodine as the oxidant,diacetyldioxime as chromogenic reagent,determination of high nickel alloy steel of nickel by measuring its absorbance under alkaline conditions(pH = 8 ~ 10).This method can shorten the measurement and analysis period high nickel alloy steel mass fraction of nickel,improve the measurement accuracy,and easy to operate,with good usability.
