MTA治疗根尖开放成年人恒牙的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察显微镜下无机三氧化聚合物(MTA)治疗根尖开放成年人恒牙的疗效。方法选取慢性根尖周炎根尖开放成年人恒牙23例,在根管显微镜下采用MTA先行根尖屏障,再用热牙胶严密充填根管,定期复诊观察。结果 23例患牙治疗后无自觉症状,原有瘘管闭合,根尖区黏膜无红肿。6个月后X线片复查提示根尖区骨质原透射区域缩小,骨密度增高。结论 MTA治疗根尖开放成年人恒牙可缩短治疗时间,疗效肯定,采用根管显微镜辅助可使治疗更为准确,进一步提高疗效。
