关于药学专业专升本教育课程设置的思考

Thoughts on the pharmacy curriculum system in adult higher education

近年来,随着社会对高学历、高层次、高素质药学从业人员的需求日益增加,使得药学专业成人高等教育得到飞速的发展。同时,在多年的教学实践中,也涌现出一些问题。比如,当前专升本教育的课程设置缺乏一定灵活性,与我国的执业药师考试之间的衔接也有待提高。本文通过分析专升本学员的特点、结合我国当前药学行业对于人才的需求等,探讨如何构建科学、高效、合理的药学类教育专升本课程体系,使其更好地发挥成人高等教育服务社会、服务学生的功能。

In recent years, with the increasing need of highly educated, high-level and high-quality pharmacy practitioners, adult higher education on pharmacy major has been developed rapidly. While at the same time, new prob-lems emerged during the teaching practice. For example, the current curriculum system for students applying for bach-elor degree is lack of flexibility, and connected poorly with the licensed pharmacist examination. By analyzing the characteristics of relevant students and the current demand for pharmacy practitioners, the paper here aimed to explore how to construct a scientific, efficient and reasonable curriculum system, so as to better serve the society.
