摘要
超声波辅助塑性加工是一种新的加工方法,由于超声振动在塑性加工中具有独特的"体积效应"和"表面效应",与传统塑性加工相比,能有效降低材料流变应力、成形载荷及摩擦力。文章综述了超声波辅助塑性变形基本原理、成形设备及超声波辅助塑性成形工艺等方面的研究现状,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Ultrasonic-vibrations assisted (UA) plastic deformation is a novel forming process, which has the particular "volume effect" and "surface effect" during plastic deformation. Compared with the conventional plastic forming processes, the ultrasonlc~ vibrations assisted plastic deformation has many advantages, such as reducing the flow stress of the material, decreasing the forming load and frictional coefficient, and so on. In this paper, the deformation mechanism, the process equipment and the ul- trasonic-vibrations assisted plastic deformation processes have been reviewed in detail. Finally, the trends in ultrasonic-vibrations assisted plastic deformation were discussed.
