In this paper the characteristics of railway shunting conduct are analyzed as well as, dissection of their potential risks, safety factors reversed from several car operations personnel management, equipment upgrades, operating environment, which helps the relevant railway departments during operations railways, and it is possible by taking specific measures to increase emphasis on safety prevention and control vehicle operations to ensure that the entire shunting operation safely.
