摘要
为了探究大学英语教学质量评估指标体系,对目前评估指标体系存在的问题作以分析,并运用新的高校教学评价理论和教学激励理论,结合外语教育和教学领域的最新研究成果,从非教学因素、学科知识、教学能力、教学效果和定性指标五个方面探讨如何构建全面、科学、规范的大学英语教学评估指标体系,从而全面公正地评估大学英语教学质量,促进教学质量提升和教师发展。
In order to make an in-depth study of the evualtion system for college English teaching, the problems with the present evaluation system are presented, and then how to create an objective and comprehensive evaluation system for college English teaching with the help of the latest theory and achievements in modern education and pedagogy is analyzed, especially those in English language teaching and acquisition, and the empirical research by American high instituions. It will be done from five aspects : non- teaching elements, disciplinary knowledge,teaching competence,learning results, and qualitative research questions. By means of the study it is hoped to promote the quality of college English teaching as well as the professional developemnt of college English teachers.
