糖尿病合并青光眼少数民族患者围手术期应用胰岛素泵的护理体会

Nursing experience in perioperative application of insulin pump for diabetic minority patients combined with glaucoma

目的:总结糖尿病合并青光眼少数民族患者围手术期应用胰岛素泵的护理特点,为临床护理此类患者提供一定的指导。方法:将51例糖尿病合并青光眼拟行手术的少数民族患者随机分为CSII组和MSII组,两组均进行常规糖尿病及围手术期护理,CSII组进行有关胰岛素泵使用的针对性护理,比较两组治疗前后血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、术后并发症发生率及护理服务满意度。结果:两组均可有效控制血糖(P<0.01),但CSII组餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)控制低于MSII组(P<0.01),CSII组血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、术后并发症发生率均少于MSII组(P<0.01)。CSII组护理服务满意度高于MSII组(P<0.01)。结论:通过有针对性的优质护理服务,糖尿病合并青光眼少数民族患者围手术期应用胰岛素泵是安全有效的,可明显缩短血糖达标时间,增加护理服务满意度。

Objective： To summarize the nursing characteristics of perioperative application of insulin pump for diabetic minority patients combined with glaucoma, to provide nursing guidance for those patients.Methods：Fifty-one minority patients with diabetes mellitus combined with neovascular glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups, continuous subcutaneous insulin injection（CSII） group and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection （MSII） group. They both accepted diabetic conventional care and perioperative care.CSII group accepted the special nursing with insulin pump.Blood glucose time,incidence of hypoglycemia, incidence of postoperative complications, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after treatment.Results：The two groups could effectively control blood glucose（P〈 0.01） ,but the 2-hour postprandial glucose（2 h PBG） controlled in the CSII group were lower than that of MSII group（P 〈0. 01）.Blood glucose time, incidence of hypoglycemia and incidence of postoperative complications in the CSII group were less than that of MSII group（P〈0.01）.The nursing satisfaction in CSII group were higher than that of MSII group （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion： With targeted quality care, perioperative application of insulin pump for diabetic minority patients combined with neovascular glaucoma is safe and effective, which could significantly shorten blood glucose time, and improve care satisfaction.
