腺苷A2b受体与原发性肝癌的研究进展

摘要 肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)[1]是最常见的消化道肿瘤,我国是乙肝大国,80年代初输血导致的丙型肝炎人口数量也较多,因此基于肝炎后肝硬化发展而来的肝脏恶性肿瘤呈居高不下的态势。由于肝炎造成肝小叶纤维化、肝细胞团增生结节化,形成肝脏肿瘤,在此过程中,由于肝细胞增生旺盛,分解代谢降解ATP后生成大量腺苷,积聚达到一定程度后形成腺苷微环境.
