乳腺磁共振检查及图像分析规范化探讨 被引量:2

摘要 乳腺磁共振检查技术已成为乳腺肿瘤早期诊断及鉴别诊断必要的检查方法。但是,操作者对MRI乳腺检查技术掌握的程度不同,操作规范不够,直接影响了扫描的序贯性及诊断的准确性。本研究从临床实践出发,简述乳腺磁共振检查扫描序列的选择、扫描参数的优化、图像后处理及图像分析思路,达到准确诊断的目的。1患者检查前准备1.1预约登记:记录患者的自然信息,尤其是月经史。
